About Me

I am your typical small town southern girl.  I was raised in a small town who moved away very shortly after graduating highschool.  After graduating, I moved to Charleston, SC and attended Culinary school.  Shortly after completly my Culinary Arts certificate, my life took a turn.  I came home to tell my parents that I wanted to go into youth ministry.  I have always had a heart for youth.  Now, 3 years later, I am back in my hometown of Hartsville, SC working at my home church as the Program Director of Ministry with an emphises on children and youth.  I am super excited to see what God has in store for me as I dive into this new adventure!  My blog does not really have a purpose other than a place to write my thoughts, and experiences.  Because of my love for cooking,  I am sure I will be sharing some cooking tips and recipes as well!  I am super excited to see where my blog goes!
